A 32-city tour culminating in the Send North America Conference at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN—an event that drew over 13,000 attendees. The tour was designed to generate momentum, build audience engagement, and promote the conference through immersive, high-energy experiences in key cities across the U.S. The program featured live performances from renowned worship artists Passion Band and Shane & Shane, a keynote address from bestselling author and speaker David Platt, and a groundbreaking 3D mapped multimedia presentation by acclaimed illusionist and storyteller Harris III. The combination of powerful content, strategic production, and experiential design created a cohesive narrative that drove attendance and elevated the overall impact of the main event.
Role: Tour Manager & Experience Director, Orchestrate Experience

+ Directed the creative development of custom tour assets, including branded mobile storefronts, interactive resource displays, and environmental design elements
+ Oversaw high-profile talent and special guest management, ensuring seamless coordination and show flow
+ Managed a tour production budget exceeding $1M for Orchestrate Experience, balancing creative vision with fiscal responsibility
+ Led a cross-functional planning team spanning production, content design, venue coordination, registration, marketing, and logistics
+ Coordinated end-to-end logistics for the entire tour, including route planning, travel and accommodations, trucking, labor management, venue operations, and on-site execution.
