RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Creative director for all attendee experiences, including production and content design, storytelling, guest journey, experiential elements, and overall event design direction
+ Lead team of vendors and staff through planning process and execution, including catering, florist, venue, production & programming, VIP hospitality, volunteer, security, tent & rentals, graphic design & marketing, transportation, guest services team, photography, and videography
+ Managed Orchestrate project budget of over $550,000 with consultation on the overall event budget of over $2 million
+ Ran and coordinated project schedules, actively monitoring and tracking tasks, managing risks, strategically distributing resources, and streamlining communication across client, internal, and vendor teams
+ Crafted overall event design direction and environmental design details, including invitation and print materials, entrance experience, registration and lobby design, custom museum gallery of American Bible Society artifacts, program design, backstage hospitality environments, and tented dinner environment
