Orchestrate Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Led event design and branding process through brand exploration and design intensives to define each year's personality and strategic design directives
+ Established a comprehensive event design brief to include guiding principles and design directives to be applied across all departments, including graphic design, way-finding, digital content, graphics, and environmental design
+ Oversaw creative process for all attendee experiences through storytelling and content development, experiential elements, spatial layout, guest flow, production, and content design
+ Concepted and executed custom stage and live filming set design assets that were transformed and updated for each year's conference theme
+ Created 2D diagrams and floorplans in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign for planning and on-site implementation throughout each venue
+ Rendered 3D visuals throughout the design process for key custom elements to convey design intent as well as to serve as implementation tools for the fabrication and installation teams
+ Managed team of pre-planning and on-site vendors and staff, including design team, florist, fabrication team, venue, production & programming, VIP hospitality, volunteer, tent & rentals, graphic design, digital content & marketing
RENDERING TO REALITY
3D Models and renderings help serve as a bridging tool between the client and the execution team and allow for seamless processes between all parties involved.
2D Space planning is a crucial step in the event design process. For IF:Gathering, this tool allowed for all various vendors and project teams to coordinate processes, while serving as a key visualization tool for understanding the design intent.
