My story began in Pretoria, South Africa, where I was born and raised. At the very cool and not awkward age of 12 years old, my family and I said goodbye to our lives, packed up, and made the move across the pond to the great US of A. I love my heritage and culture and am proud to be South African-American. My roots run deep and still make their way out with a few words I simply cannot pronounce differently- some mistake this for a speech impediment, but I like to call it "flair".
We moved to Atlanta, Georgia, which was home for several years before attending Georgia Tech to pursue a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. After graduating, I joined Orchestrate, a boutique agency-style creative firm specializing in experiential marketing, event production, commercial interior design, and custom fabrication. My initial role at Orchestrate was an Event Detailist; however, I was quickly thrown the reins for a role as a Project Manager. As a self-starter and natural problem solver, I quickly grew my responsibilities and was trusted as an Account Manager, leading projects and teams with a design-centered, experience-driven approach. I continued to expand my multi-disciplinary skills in design and creative direction, delivering out-of-the-box solutions for story-centered experience design projects. Soon after, I was promoted to leading the design department for live experiential events & custom fabrication at Orchestrate Experience, while also leading commercial interiors projects with Orchestrate Design. As is the nature of high-paced and small, but mighty, agency, I often wore multiple hats as a trusted advisor for many key accounts. Six incredible years later, working for local, national, and global clients such as Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, the Atlanta Falcons, The Masters, Superbowl VII, and Turner Broadcasting, my time at Orchestrate afforded me invaluable experience leading amazing teams and stakeholders through high-value project lifecycles with consistently positive outcomes for audiences of all sizes, scaling up to tens of thousands of attendees.
In 2020, as the world changed, and we all adapted to our "new normal", I saw a need for excellence in an arena I had tiptoed in and decided to commit to pursuing my real estate license. Five wonderful years later, I can truly say it has been an unexpected and wonderful ride. I’ve found real estate to be a deeply fulfilling extension of my skill set - combining strategy, creativity, and people-first problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. I see it as a privilege to steward what is often the most significant investment in someone’s life. Whether crafting strategic marketing campaigns, navigating complex negotiations, or reimagining a home’s potential, I approach each opportunity with care, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
As I look to the future and what may come, I am excited and eager to transition, while continuing to build and sharpen my personal and professional skillset, as one does. I look forward to applying my commitment to excellence, creative zeal, problem-solving nature, and natural ability to lead in a new and exciting role.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
I look forward to connecting with you and hearing your story!
