RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Worked with the North American Mission Board and International Mission Board to integrate two booth spaces into one cohesive, but distinctive experience with a live filming set at the center
+ Guided both clients through goal definition and prioritization process to define directives for each space and the experience as a whole
+ Crafted a comprehensive, immersive attendee journey experience to satisfy qualitative and quantitative key metrics
+ Developed user interaction strategy including guest flow & spatial navigation, branding and messaging, strategic staff interactions, and digital educational stations
+ Executed overall environment design with networking lounges, promotional materials distribution stations, way-finding, interactive digital engagements, and multiple custom-fabricated pieces
+ Planned logistics of travel, scheduling, and on-site operations for the internal team, client staff, and sub-vendors
+ Managed installation, staffing, and dismantling team, including internal and client staff, labor, skilled vendors, trucking & shipping, and riggers through the Installation and staffing team
